​Field Aquisition Chances are your crews may have their own smartphones, and some may use company-issued devices. Like many businesses, field crews can experience high-turnover and some have minimal technology training. TaskCamX is designed to be simple to use while providing the maximum amount of information on a single tap. Use TaskPicX server to configure TaskCamX on your smartphones and tablets for uniform results. Use TaskCamX voice recorder feature to add spoken comments to your photos. TaskCamX can also be configured for Spanish users.
Classification and Storage TaskCamX gives the user the ability to store context with the photo for later upload via TaskPicX Server. Context includes GPS*, Compass Heading*, and your custom fields (i.e.: Customer, Lot#, Project Phase). Smart cards and smartphones photos can be uploaded and classification information edited as needed. You can store all information on local disks or on-line cloud storage. *When supported by the device.
Access Use TaskPicX Viewer on your desktop to access your photos. Classification infomation is presented in an easy to use interface to sort photos and listen to commentary. Users can print in a varierty of formats or export to PDF. Authorized users can update classification information and transcribe commentary. Your IT department can access the photos and support files via scripting or in-house applications.
